Ingredients
  • 1 banana, sliced in half lengthways
  • 2 tablespoons of smooth almond butter
  • 1 tablespoon tahini
  • 1 tablespoon natural honey
  • A selection of nuts, seeds and dried fruit

  1. Cut your banana in half lengthways from root to tip and lay it onto a plate or serving board.

    In a bowl, mix your almond butter, tahini and honey until combined.

Note
  • Sometimes the nut butter is tricky to spread on the slippery open banana, so if you stir the nut butter vigorously before using so it is slightly warm, then it will be easier to spread.
  • This dish should be eaten directly after making as it will not keep well without the banana turning brown.
